KnT Labs is the name Nicholas Miles gives to his personal research and project space — a place dedicated to cybersecurity research, reverse engineering, technology exploration, and creative projects. It's where experimentation and new ideas come together, driven by curiosity and hands-on work.

Nicholas Miles is a cybersecurity researcher and engineer based in Kentucky, specializing in hardware hacking, IoT, Operational Technology (OT) security, vulnerability research, and AI LLM security research. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Louisville’s Speed School of Engineering. Nicholas is a Staff Research Engineer and has been with Tenable since 2011, where he has authored hundreds of Nessus plugins, uncovered critical vulnerabilities, and contributed to Tenable’s Research Special Operations team.
